Typical Saturday afternoon:
Confession: I'm a comfort eater. When I was a kid the highlight of my school week was always something delicious for dinner, and tasty snacks were supplied to soothe everything from a bad day to serious injury. I know it's not a good habit, but I still feel so happy to sit down with an indulgent treat to nibble while I watch TV. My husband is the same, which can lead to serious regret when we go overboard - it's our major weakness as a couple. We're snack enablers! Our relationship isn't toxic, it's just calorific.
We try to behave most of the time, but now and then... we slip up!
