It's going to be a big one!

I'm sure other parents can relate to the "make every chore a game" tactic employed during this scenario.
Unfortunately it doesn't always work, or sometimes the effort of implementing the "game" is more effort than just doing the job quickly and efficiently by yourself. This instance was one of those shining moments when it was actually super effective! I've never seen the kids more excited about an unpleasant task in my life - probably because they're going through a stage of being extremely competitive with one another. The question is, how else can I use this trick to my advantage? *plots*
